Pricing and Payment Methods

We offer transparent pricing for all products and services. Payments can be made via:

  • Credit card (securely via Stripe)

  • Local bank transfers

  • Wise bank transfers

Prices are in ¥JPY inclusive of applicable taxes, and any additional fees will be clearly noted during checkout.

Shipping and Fulfilment

For any physical items (apparel), shipping costs and timeframes are provided at checkout based on your location.

Cancellation Policies

Retreat Cancellation Policy
Name Transfers:
If you are unable to attend the retreat, you may transfer your spot to a friend who meets the retreat’s client profile.

Sold-Out Retreats:
If your spot can be filled by another guest, you will receive a full refund. If it cannot be filled, the following cancellation policy applies:

Regular Cancellation Policy:

  • 45+ days before retreat start date: Full refund.

  • 22-44 days before retreat start date: Full credit toward any retreat or teacher training (TTC) with Shizen Collective, valid for 12 months.

  • Within 21 days of retreat start date: 75% credit toward any retreat or TTC with Shizen Collective, valid for 12 months.

Yoga Class Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations within 2 hours of class: No refund or credit.

  • Cancellations 2–36 hours before class: Full credit to use within 14 days.

  • Cancellations 36+ hours in advance: Full refund or credit to use within 14 days.

Memberships Policy

Yoga Membership Terms and Conditions

  • Non-Transferable Membership
    All yoga memberships are strictly non-transferable. The membership is assigned solely to the individual who purchased it and cannot be shared, transferred, or used by another person.

  • Personal Use Only
    The membership benefits, including access to classes, workshops, and other member-exclusive events, are intended solely for the use of the purchasing member. Allowing others to use your membership privileges is prohibited and may result in immediate suspension or termination of the membership without refund.

  • Exceptions

    • Twin Seassonaire Pass: This pass can be shared with only one other person who must remain the same person throughout the season.

    • Team Membership: This membership can be shared amongst three team members who must remain the same throughout the season.

  • Verification and Identification
    Members may be required to present a valid form of identification when attending classes or events to verify their identity and ensure compliance with these terms.

  • Violation of Terms
    Any violation of these terms, including sharing membership access or allowing others to benefit from the membership without prior approval, will be considered a breach of the agreement and may lead to the cancellation of the membership with no refund.

By purchasing a yoga membership, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions and understand that failure to comply may result in the loss of membership privileges.

Gift Voucher Policy

Shizen Collective Gift Voucher Terms and Conditions

  1. Types of Gift Vouchers: We offer three types of gift vouchers for different experiences:

    • Online Store Gift Voucher: Valid only for purchases made through the Shizen Collective online store.

    • Cafe Gift Voucher: Can only be used in our physical Shizen cafe and shop location.

    • Yoga Gift Voucher: Valid for use on our online platform for yoga memberships, class packages, and casual yoga sessions.

  2. Voucher Usage:

    • Vouchers can only be redeemed for the specific service type they were purchased for and are not interchangeable between the online store, cafe, or yoga offerings.

    • Vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

    • Partial redemption is allowed for online store and yoga vouchers only. The remaining balance can be used for future purchases. Partial redemption is not available for cafe vouchers; the entire value must be used in a single transaction.

    • To redeem an online voucher, the unique code provided must be entered during checkout. For the cafe, the physical or digital version of the voucher must be presented at the time of purchase.

  3. Expiration and Balance:

    • Gift vouchers expire 6 months from the date of purchase.

    • No fees apply to the voucher balance.

    • The balance of a voucher can be checked through our customer service or, where applicable, via your online account.

  4. Lost or Stolen Vouchers:

    • Shizen Collective is not responsible for lost, stolen, or unauthorized use of vouchers. Treat your gift voucher like cash.

    • Lost or stolen vouchers will not be replaced unless proof of purchase is provided and at the sole discretion of Shizen Collective.

  5. Additional Terms:

    • Vouchers may not be used to purchase other gift vouchers.

    • Promotional discounts and offers cannot be applied to the purchase of gift vouchers.

    • Vouchers cannot be reloaded or topped up.

    • Shizen Collective reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. The most current version will be available on our website.

Apparel Refund/Returns Policy
